TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you believe an item to be faulty please let our team know the fault before returning the garment as any faulty returns need to be pre-approved before shipping. This enables the return to be processed without incurring any extra costs.
Any garments that are not returned in original condition will incur a dry-cleaning or tailor fee if required.
Frank and Dollys must be notified within 7 business days of you receiving your item of any returns, exchanges, or faults in the product.
You will need to post the items back to the address below at your own expense. We recommend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed. Once your return arrives to us, we will review it and contact you via email in regards to processing your refund/exchange. Refunds are made via the same payment method you purchased the garment with.
Frank and Dollys do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Standard Shipping is flat rate of $10 for all Australian Orders, with Free Shipping for Orders over $150 Free Standard Shipping is currently offered on all Orders over $150 (this excludes Sale Events). Express Shipping is flat rate of $12. Orders are sent from our Byron Bay Studio, Postcode 2479. For exact time frames head to Australia and check shipping times from our Postcode to yours.

International Shipping is a flat rate of $20 and is subject to individual country border controls, we estimate 10 days under normal circumstances.
