We want you to be totally happy with your purchase from our store, so if you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept returns within 7 Business Days of your purchase. Please follow the below steps to process your return:
The First Step:
Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 Days to confirm your Return and/or Exchange with us.
The Second Step:
You will then need to Post the items back to the address below at your own expense. We recommend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed.
The Third Step:
Once your return arrives to us, we will review it and contact you via email in regards to processing your refund/exchange. Refunds are made via the same payment method you purchased the garment with.
Please note We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Standard Shipping is Flat rate of $10 for all Australian Orders, with Free Shipping for Orders over $150. Express Shipping is flat rate of $15. Orders are sent from our Byron Bay Studio, Postcode 2479. For exact time frames head to Australia and check shipping times from our Postcode to yours.

International Shipping is a flat rate of $20 and will take 7-10 Days
All garments are Cold Hand Wash Only or Dry Clean.Please read the Care Instructions tag when your garments arrives.
