RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly accept returns within 7 Business Days of you receiving your garment. Just fill out the below form to get the process started! 

Full Priced Garments – Refund or Exchange | Sale Items – Exchange or  Store Credit | Market or Warehouse Sale Items – No Refund or Exchange

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Frank and Dollys must be notified within 7 business days of you receiving your item of any returns, exchanges, or faults in the product.

You will need to post the items back to the address below at your own expense. We highly recommend retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been processed. Once your return arrives to us, we will review it and contact you via email in regards to processing your refund/exchange. Refunds are made via the same payment method you purchased the garment with.

Frank and Dollys do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. We recommend using postal services that provide insurance and tracking.  We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and any in-transit loss or damage.

If you believe an item to be faulty please let our team know the fault before returning the garment as any faulty returns need to be pre-approved before shipping. This enables the return to be processed without incurring any extra costs.

Any garments that are not returned in original condition will incur a dry-cleaning, tailor fee or returned to customer.
