RETURNS POLICY
We will gladly accept returns within 14 Days of you receiving your garment.
Full Priced Garments – Refund or Exchange. Sale and Remnants Items – Exchange or Store Credit. OUTLET or Warehouse Sale Items – No Refund or Exchange

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Frank and Dollys must be notified within 14 business days of you receiving your item of any returns, exchanges, or faults in the product. Do this via our Returns Portal
Once your return arrives to us, we will review it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds are made via the same payment method you purchased the garment with. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned, and any in-transit loss or damage.
If you believe an item to be faulty please let our team know the fault before returning the garment as any faulty returns need to be pre-approved before shipping. This enables the return to be processed without incurring any extra costs. Email orders@frankanddollys.com
Any garments that are not returned in original condition will incur a dry-cleaning, tailor fee or returned to customer.
